APPLICATIONS SPJ940A Acoustic-Amplitude Tool is designed for cement bond log and variable density log. It can be combined with DFG801 multi-functional gamma ray tool and 950ACCL. Gamma ray tool and magnetic locator can determine the depth, and CBL and VDL curves of acoustic-amplitude tool can give the evaluation of the cement bond. Such a combination of logging tool can use both PC-based surface equipment and 3700 CLS system. Logging curves of CCL, GR, CBL and VDL can be obtained.
